Formed in 1967 by James and Robert Hickey, Richmond Development's early emphasis on quality and craftmanship has stood the passage of time. Homes built by Richmond Development are eagerly sought after when they become available for resale.

Housing projects undertaken by Richmond Development include both single family and condo developments. Cities and towns in which RDC has worked include Worcester, Grafton, Ashland (MA), Nashua (NH), and Hollis (NH).

Ashland has recently been the focus of company efforts. RDC has completed large, single family developments on Sudbury Road and Magunco Hill. Also recently completed on Magunco Hill is a very successful 55+ condo project.
